Wow...
Started this challenge and got up to maybe day 21 and then fell off the challenge as life got busy.. but was feeling great during those days! But then without noticing, I slowly started feeling more and more stressed and anxious about stuff. I came back to the community and did one meditation last night and holy sh**t. It's crazy how this stuff actually works!!! Anyone had a similar experience?
