Theory on Copywriting for Ads
Hi guys. @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell would love your thoughts on this too So I am doing out a load of different potential copies for a client that I want to split test, as I have found a lot of the leads I am bringing in (mortgage leads) have been pretty low quality (poor credit, affordability etc) I have been sticking primarily with the PPS, pain point, pain point, solution framework However it's got me thinking. What if all of this pain focused copy is bringing in leads who are in pain. But not necessarily good pain. Pain in the sense that they haven't been able to get a mortgage because they're simply not eligibile for one When I think about what might motivate someone to buy a house, it's probably pretty positive emotions. New beginnings, new family etc. So surely there could be leverage in focusing on the opportunity as opposed to all the pains of saving for a deposit, monthly payments etc Or am I just using the wrong pain points, and should I be digging on the pain of what they will miss out on by living with their parents or renting for another five years Keen to hear everyones thoughts and if anyone can bump Jimmy if he doesn't catch this I would appreciate it. Thanks!!

This shouldn't be a binary thought. They both work, it honestly is really going to depend on the creative, and how the copy can marry up with it. Keep it simple and easy to digest

You can make some backup sub accounts and have them all ready
Onboarding Clients To Facebook
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me with the Facebook onboarding process and how that goes. Like do you connect their ad account to your business manager or connect your business manager with theirs? Can someone just walk me through how they go about things?

In the ads manager, they go to partners, and you give them your business manager partner ID
Lead generation for outreach
Does anyone actually have a good and consistent way to generate leads for cold outreach without using Apollo or the rest of the softwares? Having real issues at the minute and seems no matter how much I train VA's, they just can't seem to get it even 50-60% accurate and I am having to double check every single contact Basically the same time as doing it myself and I'm doing a third of the amount of outreach I should be Ideally not something that costs a shit load Not looking to just drain money on this either

Dont rely on VA's to do outreach man. Can get to 30-40k pm doing it yourself. Your wasting a ton of time trying to train Va's to "automate" your business, but if you just put that time into doing it yourself, you'll be fine

Use apollo 3rd party tools to get lead lists for cheap, use instantly to send emails, and keep the script short and request a call in your CTA. Download instantly on your phone, and ANY positive reply you get, dial asap. Find Facebook groups, build up your facebook profile, and add/send messages to people till your fingers turn blue while your waiting for instantly replies. $50 pm, without any VA's
Creatives for FB ad
Hi all! What is your process behind getting creatives with that "stopping" power and are there any tools that help with this e.g. Dall e and midjourney. I'm looking for a framework that simplifies and streamlines this process and would love to hear your tips and tricks for this part of the lead gen business
