I've been following @Owen Blair 's PPL routine, with 2000 daily calorie intake, and around 154g protein (I'm 154 lbs), keeping my sleep and recovery in check. A month ago when I started working out, I couldn't perform even a single dip and now after a month I finally performed 3 full unsupported dips, and I can't even explain the how amazing it felt to achieve that in just 1 month.
