Ramadan Workout
Had a gap of almost 1 month. Started training again at home gym setup using just a barbell and few weights and body weight

Lats Isolation
Is there any Lat Isolation excercise? I guess my Lats are not developing faster as I can't perform a pull up yet, and on Lat Pulldown machine my movement is really limited and all the load somehow gets on my biceps and forearms.

Update-
6 weeks of workout around maintenance calories. Can feel the gain in upper chest and shoulders and waist is shrinking too. (You can guess before and after)

@Ronee Makhoba I think you mean Level 1, to upgrade further you need to Post, interact through comments on posts so when someone likes your post or comment you get points, that's how you level up
Finally performed a Dip!
I've been following @Owen Blair 's PPL routine, with 2000 daily calorie intake, and around 154g protein (I'm 154 lbs), keeping my sleep and recovery in check. A month ago when I started working out, I couldn't perform even a single dip and now after a month I finally performed 3 full unsupported dips, and I can't even explain the how amazing it felt to achieve that in just 1 month. Just trust this guy, I'm so glad I did! Love you man!
