I wanted to ask if anyone could help me make a workout plan that I could follow, because it been soo hard for me to make a plan on my own so can anybody help?
@Dogus Erceylan I want to train for 4-6 days a week, my main goal is to achieve high athletic strength and speed, i want to train legs but not soo much that it grows alot, I can do 17 pull-ups, 27 push-ups, i never did dips in my life haven’t even tried to do one so i don't know.
Today I did my hardest exercise. It took me about 5 weeks to get the forearm strength to do it I feel accomplished that am able to do something most people can’t, now it time to train for the handstand push-up, Wish me luck!
I have been eating alot of high calories and protein meals for 3 months, trained my muscles, but still no weight gain instead I an losing a bit then raising a bit can someone explain why?
