The importance of 'Free Video Performance Profile Feedback' service that I have added to the community from December 2024. By engaging with this tool, you'll hold yourself accountable and set the stage for progress. Follow the instructions to access the Performance Profile and once completed it, then upload your profile(s) into the comments section on the main 'Video Feedback' post only and TAG @Si Gowing me! Please be patient and allow at least 24-48 hours for my response (via a personalised Loom video). Remember, sharing is caring and everyone is learning. Personal Reflection, Goal Setting, & GO(AL)GETTING 🚀 HOW: Use the "Stop, Start, Continue" method alongside the Performance Profiling tool to set your Priorities and Goals for Personal Wellbeing. Steps to Optimise: Step 1: Preparation: 1. Mindset & Environment. Create the right Mindset ("Monk Mode") and Environment for Time, Space & Attention. 2. Reflect on the Past Year - Tip using old photos/memories (review your camera roll from the 1st day of the year/month/week) - Your last year/month/week might not be as bad as you think! 3. Brain Dump - List Your thoughts/feelings/insights/lessons/pains/frustrations. Step 2: Action: 1. Complete the "Stop, Start, Continue" review exercise using your brain dump. 2. Fill out the Performance Profile Tool (linked under Resources). 3. Upload your completed profile for video feedback Step 3: Review, Amend, & Resubmit: 1. Review the feedback provided (ask questions if needed). 2. Adjust your Performance Profile as required. 3. Resubmit it under the original post/comment with updated feedback. Does it matter when you exercise for optimal benefit? Is morning better than the afternoon or evening? I struggle to get anything in, in the morning

@Maxwell Riseman I try to aim to rise at 5am and get in bed for 9pm. Not easy and not always practical with two jobs, a six year old and creating, building a community and coaching business, but is and will be worth it so I can give and do more by going full in/full time.
