Personal Reflection, Goal Setting, & GO(AL)GETTING 🚀 HOW: Use the "Stop, Start, Continue" method alongside the Performance Profiling tool to set your Priorities and Goals for Personal Wellbeing. Steps to Optimise: Step 1: Preparation: 1. Mindset & Environment. Create the right Mindset ("Monk Mode") and Environment for Time, Space & Attention. 2. Reflect on the Past Year - Tip using old photos/memories (review your camera roll from the 1st day of the year/month/week) - Your last year/month/week might not be as bad as you think! 3. Brain Dump - List Your thoughts/feelings/insights/lessons/pains/frustrations. Step 2: Action: 1. Complete the "Stop, Start, Continue" review exercise using your brain dump. 2. Fill out the Performance Profile Tool (linked under Resources). 3. Upload your completed profile for video feedback Step 3: Review, Amend, & Resubmit: 1. Review the feedback provided (ask questions if needed). 2. Adjust your Performance Profile as required. 3. Resubmit it under the original post/comment with updated feedback.
