Medjool dates caramel apples
Recipe courtesy of Holistic American Health Academy member @Lori Grande Yes! You read that right? Ladies and gentlemen, I give you a healthy of a caramel, apple. Enjoy!! 16 organic medjool dates 1/4 cup milk of choice 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 6 apples of choice OPTIONAL TOPPINGS Chopped nuts Coconut flakes chocolate chips melted chocolate Add the pitted dates to a food processor or blender along with the milk, coconut oil, peanut butter and vanilla. Blend well until you reach a smooth caramel. It will be thick and sticky so it might take a bit to blend. Scrape down the sides if necessary. Push a stick in the middle of the apples. Use a spatula to spread a thick layer of the caramel over the apples. Roll the apples in any toppings you want and drizzle melted chocolate. Or leave it like it is. Put the apples in the fridge for an hour or linger to let the caramel get firm. Store in fridge till ready to eat.

Honoring Our Veterans: A Tribute From Our Holistic Communities
Join U.S. in Honoring Veteran's Day, Holistic Family, On this Veterans Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with unwavering courage and dedication. Their sacrifices have paved the way for the freedoms we cherish today. In our holistic wellness community, we recognize that the journey of a veteran is often filled with challenges, both seen and unseen. As we reflect on the strength and resilience of our veterans, we are reminded of the importance of healingโ€”mind, body, and spirit. Many of our heroes carry the weight of their experiences, and it is our collective mission to support their journey towards wholeness. Today, let us extend our gratitude not just through words, but through action. Whether itโ€™s offering a kind gesture, sharing a moment of mindfulness, or participating in community events that support veteran wellness, we can all play a part in their healing journey. To all veterans: thank you for your service. Your bravery inspires us every day, and we are committed to fostering a community where you can find peace, healing, and support. Letโ€™s continue to uplift one another and create spaces where everyone can thrive. With heartfelt gratitude, The H4LA Family of Communities #VeteransDay #Wellness #CommunitySupport #HealingTogether

Let's get ourselves healthy, start community gardening initiatives, and help each other learn how to make our own medicine. Let's boost our fellow Americans and encourage each other to stop supporting the products and companies profiting from our poor health. If we heal ourselves, and we shift our spending habits to trustworthy AMERICAN companies, we damage their operating system.
