Here are 2 recipes for homemade coffee Creamer. One is for an oat milk creamer, and the other is for a regular milk creamer, so much better for you!
𝗢𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿:
One half cup oats soaked in boiling hot water for 5 minutes.
2 tbsp of coconut oil.
One cup cold filtered water
1 tsp of vanilla or hazelnut extract
One teaspoon of maple syrup or more, if you want a sweeter creamer
Drain and rinse the oats and add them to a blender. Along with all other ingredients blend until smooth, drain the contents of the blender through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth until all the liquid is strained.
𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿:
1 can organic sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream (you can use nut milk here)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp almond extract
Mix and stir on low heat for about 3 min. Pour into glass jar. Lasts as long as the expiration date on your milk. ENJOY!
