2 weeks ago I attended (my Third) UK's annual HOS (Health Optimisations Summit) in London again it was eye opening and incredible! with the main themes; Gut Health, Cancer, Female Health and fasting amongst some great exhibitors, products and services and many other speakers (Big names)! Some speaker timing clashed with others and I didn't physically get to attend all but most of the ones I wanted to!
