Who am I?
My name is Kevin Cavaco, and I have over 20 years of practical experience in marketing, working in different continents and industries. I've built my career from the ground up to reach where I am today without relying on fancy diplomas.
Why listen to me?
Well, I have been where you are... ambitious and looking to accelerate my career, although I needed access to the resources to get there fast. I have learned a lot over the years through self-learning, trial and error, and curiosity until I understood the fundamentals of marketing and the strategy required to achieve senior leadership roles.
Why am I doing this?
There are two main reasons: 1. I wish I had a resource to fast-track my career growth, although one thing I have learnt is how essential it is to have the fundamentals locked down. 2. Finding and mentoring talent: My long-term goal is to become the go-to person for recruiting marketing talent.
