Password reset, help
Hey @Ehoud A got locked out of his agency account and needs help. His prev password doesnt work anymore. Any chance we could get a password reset option on the sign in page? @Assistable Team @Jorden Williams

@Jorden Williams I had this issue this morning that I was logged out and couldn't log in my Agency account. You can see my screenshot below. But now it got me back in the agency account even without login.

im taking a quick break but I have to ask just in pure curiosity and feature building - is the chat widget in super demand? Why so with options available - what do they lack? Is this for support, sales, or general chat/faq? do you need something robust / flashy (like intercom - and if so why not intercom)? or just simply does its job (aka chatting with a widget w/ proper functions)? super curious to hear more on this

@Jorden Williams it will be amazing to embed a video. Use cases for video can be for e-commerce products, demo of a feature, or presentations and troubleshooting that the chatbot can present. That applies for every niche. Especially with video becoming the primary content to use

@Jesus Jauregui Jordan mentioned in his videos, that the best way to add knowledge is with the text option. When I used other options, I had issues that it didn't load the file or it didn't retrieve the info. But with text I had no issues.

@Jorge Veramendi Lema I haven't tested it with the orbs yet, 🤷. But for my voice and chat, it worked as expected.
