The avocado chocolate pudding Ingredients: Avocados 🥑 Maple syrup 🍁 Cocoa powder Mix together in a food processor. Optional: add in your favorite protein powder. I use collagen and egg white powder Add in more ingredients based on how you like the taste and texture. Store in the fridge. You can also add toppings to this recipe. Toppings can include: Hemp seeds Chia seeds Stevia chocolate chips 🍫 Peanuts (walnuts) Sliced banana 🍌

To up my fiber I added more kale, broccoli, spinach to my food lately. And for a treat I have been eating popcorn made with avocado oil.
