Is a 5 day Micro Program too much as a freebie?
Hi there, I finished Champagne Clients and have a couple of questions. I would really appreciate any thoughts you could share!🙏 I am a certified holistic nutrition coach (and a mindfulness coach in training). I want to help high-achieving women in stressful jobs who primarily struggle with loss of energy, digestive issues (like bloating, etc.), and difficulty concentrating. Secondly, I aim to address other health issues like susceptibility to infections due to stress hormones. BTW, I live in Germany and want to do this only in German, so sorry if some grammar is wrong😇 1. Question: I figure you boss babes are maybe kind of my Champagne Client🥂. Are these issues you experience yourself? They were and are problems I experienced over the last few years with a highly stressful 50-hour/week fulltime job and building a side hustle. But maybe I am missing some point? If you can resonate: What is a problem you have not been able to solve on your own or is challenging for you? 2. Question: I thought of a micro 5-day program as a freebie and wonder if that is too much and too long? I took a German online course, and they said that a freebie should always be super easy, like a PDF or checklist. The program would focus on getting the behavior started to drink more water by sending daily emails for 5 days. The freebie would also give a handful of recipes and one anti-stress exercise. My goal is that my dream client can really have some form of transformation and see how I work (my bigger program is not yet developed but will focus on getting more energy and calming stress hormones through nutrition and nervous system-calming exercises). But at the same time I Do not want to overwhealm them.... 💜Thank you so much for your time, and I would greatly appreciate your help!🤗

@Bettina Mut I can't answer #1 but I can weigh in on #2 what I've discovered in my business over 18 years is that an easy quick pdf gets a higher conversion rate on sign up BUT I've found that if someone gets a 5 day course, they buy MUCH MORE from me over the years than if they just got a cheap freebie up front but the conversion rate is lower so it depends on what you are going for more subscribers who buy less or fewer subscribers who buy more over the years, I've always leaned towards fewer who buy more I'm making some shifts in my business right now to go more volume oriented but I hope you can see the concept

@Bettina Mut so I also tested multiple lead magnets I was doing high volume articles, so people would read multiple articles (like if someone today watched multiple YouTube or instagram reels) so I would put different lead magnets in different articles. people who subscribed to 2 or more different campaigns - bought more than those who only subscribed to one campaign so if you are doing any kind of organic volume, you could run both - an easy high conversion lead magnet on 1/2 your posts/videos and a 5 day course /challenge on the other 1/2 and you can get your own test results as well (but just DOING that combo, with any level of significant volume, will likely increase sales)

YOU ARE SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME CREATING FREE CONTENT. There, I said it. Creating + publishing content regularly is a piece of the puzzle when it comes to making consistent, evergreen sales of your courses and programs 💵 But it's only one piece... Outlining, creating, publishing and repurposing your content should NOT take you hours and hours every week. You should never be staring at a blank page. You should be able to get your podcasts, emails, and posts out quickly! You need to simply and systemize. Which is exactly what I did last year when I overhauled my complex content process to a simplified and streamlined system that me and my one-person team can execute quickly every week. I give you EVERYTHING to create + publish content designed to sell more courses in ​Content Machine​! ... and people are LOVING IT. Here's what I do now to quickly publish content that SELLS my courses around the clock: ➡️ STEP 1: Go into my content bank of 500+ high-converting content ideas, all neatly organized in one place. I choose ONE theme that I'm inspired by. Yes, I give you the content bank Airtable base in ​Content Machine​ so you can plug-and-play (see screenshot attached). ➡️ STEP 2: Outline ONE piece of content per week in my pre-filled template doc. This ONE outline becomes the foundation of my podcast, livestream, video, email, blog post, and social media content. So easy. Of course we give you this template doc in Content Machine! (see screenshot attached). ➡️ STEP 3: I record that one piece of content while multi-tasking (aka, I record the podcast + video from the outline with just my webcam + mic - NO EDITING!!). I recently added in live-streaming while I record the podcast episode, which is optional but has been fun! ➡️ STEP 4: We repurpose that one piece of content everywhere: upload the audio to our podcast platform, upload the video to this community as a post (like this!!) publish the typed up outline as a blog post, send the outline as an email, and share the same piece of content all week on social media with a few different hooks.

@Richard A Ford curious, what is your skill set in the offline world? what do you LOVE doing? wondering if starting something new like yt automation is wise unless you have a step by step coach to do that, since you are only at $0
Imposter reality?
I'm interested to know your thoughts on imposter syndrome and when in fact it is actually the reality of the situation? For example, when I first started online, I labelled myself as a coach. I drank the Kool aid about you don't need to be a trained coach to make money as a coach. I limped along for a while but then moved over into Va work then eventually copywriting. I had imposter syndrome then, but I think it was actually the reality of the situation - I was in no position to coach anyone. When do you know if the feelings/resistance you have aren't just YOU feeling not good enough, vs actually not having the right skills or experience to do the thing?

@Sarah Henson I think it's real and imagined, and it's hard to tell the difference if you are teaching something you don't know, that's true imposter if you are teaching someone to do something you know, it's not what I did when I was starting was I did something, then I taught it I did this: wrote 100 articles then people asked me how I wrote 100 articles I taught them how to write articles then I wrote 100 more and ended up with 300 subscribers then people asked me how I got 300 subscribers so I taught that now, in teaching I had written 2 ebooks now people asked me how to write an ebook I taught that I've done that with hundreds of topics over 18 years and now I have over 200 courses configure that for your skill set :-)
