Finally laid down to do this! I started my morning with a silent meditation. I led my coworkers in a guided glowing light meditation in our morning meeting. Got great feedback. After a day of full on activity and not sitting for more than 5 minutes, I was absolutely exhausted and needed some relaxation. I missed my yoga class by 5 minutes so I did 27 minutes of yoga at home, did yoga nidra and stayed awake. At the end I did fall asleep for a bit. I feel great and looking forward to a great night sleep.
