I am more than enough!
My messaging has changed, my thoughts are changing, how I handle things are changing, my responses, my everyday functioning. I know what is good for me and allow myself the time I need. I am more focused and excited for what the day brings. I am so grateful for these past 88 days. The changing keeps occurring because all we know for sure is change. Happy Wednesday folx! Yoga time
Tried to do Yogi Bryan’s 20minute morning yoga session this morning. Had to give up after being interrupted by 3 cat fights and two dogs trying to out maneuver each other for a prime face licking position each time I went into forward bend. Sigh…always tomorrow🤷‍♀️

Yoga Nidra
Finally laid down to do this! I started my morning with a silent meditation. I led my coworkers in a guided glowing light meditation in our morning meeting. Got great feedback. After a day of full on activity and not sitting for more than 5 minutes, I was absolutely exhausted and needed some relaxation. I missed my yoga class by 5 minutes so I did 27 minutes of yoga at home, did yoga nidra and stayed awake. At the end I did fall asleep for a bit. I feel great and looking forward to a great night sleep.
