So I have always been big but last year i let my self go I was 290 at the stsrt of summer I just hit 271 yesterday my goal is 220 by the end of this year what is.very achievable I want to hit this weight to so switch position next year for football so let's grind

Progression
20 days since I鈥檝e been going the gym now since than I鈥檝e gained 5 pounds over the course of that time (147 ibs now) I鈥檝e increased lifting weight a lot since than and it鈥檚 going really good I鈥檝e noticed big differences mostly in my arms and legs so far, thanks to the fitness app I鈥檝e had a plan each day in the gym and has helped me progress, just wanted to post an update so far
