20 days since I’ve been going the gym now since than I’ve gained 5 pounds over the course of that time (147 ibs now) I’ve increased lifting weight a lot since than and it’s going really good I’ve noticed big differences mostly in my arms and legs so far, thanks to the fitness app I’ve had a plan each day in the gym and has helped me progress, just wanted to post an update so far
