11-18-24 starting again! Found out today that a coworker/colleague passed this weekend. I was not in the mood for a workout , but he was one of the first people who wanted to help with my fitness journey. He was a gym rat from the time I met him(30+ years ago) til he was diagnosed and treated for leukemia. Needless to say this workout was for him.
