Step 1: Make Your Commitment
馃摙 Post in the community TODAY: Write a commitment to yourself and the group that you WILL lose your first 6 pounds following the D.I.R.T.Y. Cut Method. Share how this goal will improve your daily life. Remember, this is about making real changes, not trying鈥攚e鈥檙e here to succeed!
Step 2: Follow the Challenge Modules
馃殌 Head to the Classroom: Complete each module that walks you through the steps of our challenge. It鈥檚 simple鈥攆ollow the prompts and apply what you learn.
Step 3: Daily Accountability = Daily Wins!
馃搮 Post Your Calendar EVERY DAY: Each day, check off your nutrition, steps (10,000+), and workout (when applicable) by crossing off the emojis on your personal calendar (find it in the Module Overview section). Then, share it in the community for accountability. Miss a post? You鈥檒l have to start back at Day 1鈥攕o keep it consistent! DO NOT MISS A DAY!
Step 4: Consistency is KEY 馃攽
馃挜 No Excuses: To complete this challenge, you MUST be consistent for all 30 days. If you miss even one day of posting your calendar, you鈥檒l start back at Day 1. Just like the 75 Hard Challenge, this is about mastering discipline! You鈥檝e got this!
