Transparent Moment
I just started my commercial cleaning business in September, and acquiring clients is a little bit more challenging than expected. I want my primary focus to be on the business ,however, I have a little one to feed. I have an interview tomorrow for an onsite job opportunity that is the standard working hours. This job will pay very well and will allow me the funds that I need in the meantime while navigating my business. So why am I telling you all this? I really believe in my vision for my company but I know this is a temporary step I need to take... my goal is two years and then transfer out to focus on the business again, and I would love ya'll support with staying encouraged.
I decided that I will work on cleanings until I have enough cash flow to pay out employees which means, late nights and early mornings for the first 3 to 6 months. Since we are a community in this, any encouraging words of advice and support, would be greatly appreciated. #THEREALITIESOFSTARTINGABUSINESS
