How would you price this??
Let’s do a test run of pricing. I’ll start with a real client, complete with pictures. It’s 12,000 sqft cleaned 6x/week.
What would YOU price it at?
Provide in an answer:
- Your rate per month
- Total estimated hours
- Breakdown by percentages of labor, supplies, and gross profit. For example we typically aim for 65% labor, 2% supplies, and 33% gross profit.
Share publicly (or in private): Thanksgiving weekend I’ll share the rate.
