Like most Kung fugis, Masters, and disciples, I like to remain a mystery. Especially when it comes to Kung fu. I don’t spend allot of time recording my forms or practice and so I will need to revisit this task when if I happen to be captured in the future.
For now I’ll say that I’m about 30% of the way to 100 regular push ups in one burst. The best thing I ever did for my punches was fist pushups and handstand training. The diaphragm is a key aspect in terms of generating and conserving energy (in my novice opinion of course)
The last thing I’ll share on the subject of my training is lately I’ve been in the stage of development that is understanding the inner meaning of Kung fu. At the moment I will not explain what that means, but if you know you know ☁️🐉☁️
