Push, Pull
I'm not very satisfied with my current workout plan. So I was thinking I could do the defy gravity course for my push day and the muscle-up course for my pull day.
I know both of these courses are very good and will build my strength, but can these programs also build muscles, as I think these programs are more focused on strength?
