Sup guys. I play a ton of sports and I am really weak and need to get stronger for them. I want to train at home and just want to get jacked. If someone can recommend some great exercises that build muscles primarily in the shoulders, arms, and legs/calves (but full body too), and some equipment to get, that would be great. I have space for a home gym so it does not have to be just bodyweight. have a great day
