Science Based Evidence for Fruitarian Lifestyle
Hi all. I hope everyone is doing well! 💫🌱 My partner has been transitioning to a raw vegan fruitarian lifestyle with me! So blessed, right? 🦋🙌 Here’s the thing - he loves science based evidence and I’d really love to help support him with as much scientific evidence as possible. I used to have a folder full of peer reviewed studies and research supporting fruitarianism, but have unfortunately lost access to it. Before I go digging once again do any of you have some helpful things to share? I would greatly appreciate it! Much love from Guatemala 🇬🇹 Oh and where in this beautiful world are you tuning in from? Thanks, Alyssa 🥭🫐🍓🍑🍒🥝🍉🍌🍎🍊🍏🍈🥒🥑🥬🍅

Health Support Call?
There was a Health Support call scheduled last night from 6-7 and as a True Health Leader, I believed I was qualified to join it. But I have to ask, What call? Where? How do you participate? These health calls sound like a nice idea but there is no info given as to how to join them—no link, no number, no nothing. All I saw was a chance to add it to Google Calendar, which I did. But Google Calendar provided a reminder and nothing more. I did try signing into Google Meet for the call but that app said there was no one there. I tried everything I could see or think of to join this call but nothing worked. The community sounds good on paper but unfortunately, so far I have not seen a single benefit from joining it, and in fact all it has meant has been a frustrating waste of time.

Water fast
So I decided to start a water fast. I'm only on day 2 today and I have a question. For those who have done one before, did you get really bad heart burn and belching?

Vacation
Any tips from the veteran fruitarians for eating while on vacation? I'm the only fruitarian going so no one will be eating like me.

Supplements
I just watched "Health isn't found in a pill" "Supplements". I get that pills are toxic, but why when people take them do their blood levels go up.? My mom has "congestive heart Failure" and of course the pills they give her to release her excess fluid also flushes out potassium. When she takes the potassium pills her blood levels go up. Is that because they are just stored in the body but not actually utilized?
