What's up everyone!
Starting Sunday I am going to start posting a free week of training.
Every week will build on each other. The first block of training will go through a general prep block so anyone can go through it no matter what level you are at.

Strength: strength comes very easy to me, been squatting over 405 since I was a teenager
Weakness: any form of cardio, basically if it lasts for 30" or longer my body shuts down
