Hi everyone,

I am Justina, originally from Lithuania, but have been living in Spain for over 12 years now!

I am a Senior Key Account Manager at a US based translation and localization company and have been in this industry at different roles for over a decade now. I currently work as an individual contributor, but would love to come back to managing a team. This ties into my personal hobbies related to coaching. Psychology and introspection. Apart from that I love reading, sports (gym, skiing, hiking, tennis and padel). I am also a singer.

On top of that, together with my husband we are also working on launching our own SaaS product. We presented a demo and validated our ideas at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this year and aiming to launch the first version of the product at the end of September. He is a Software Engineer and I am a sales professional, so it looks like a good combination of superpowers!

I did not hesitate to join this community when Jens reached out, because I loved his keynote about leadership in MWC. I loved the focus on people and I agree that we need more great leaders so why not become one of them given the fact that I love coaching, psychology, building relationships and reading people?

Out of this community I would like to get support, ideas on how to be an even better leader and maybe even future opportunities.

A couple of fun facts about me: I love learning languages and speak 6 of them at an intermediate level or above. I am also left handed and proud of it!
