@Jens Heitland Thanks a lot for the great time and for the greatest lessons. We must be brave to have the compromise, to have the discipline to do what we love, without awaiting for an external approval. That is my personal lesson, I learned to be true to our personal brand. The rest is noise around us and we can filter it. Here a small example =)

Amazing video @Jens Heitland That a big lesson to me. Listening is a superpower and our ears are the key: Here is how we can do it: “How did you become such a good leader?” someone asked Nelson Mandela. “Because I learned to speak last,” Mandela succinctly replied. He recalled that as a child he’d accompanied Jongintaba, the tribal king who raised him, to meetings. At these meetings Jongintaba would gather his men in a circle and wait until they’d all spoken before he himself spoke. Later, as a leader, Mandela would practice this lesson in his own meetings. “The chief’s job,” Mandela said, “is not to tell people what to do but to form a consensus. Don’t enter the debate too early.” If we stay with the active listening we can change a lot around us. Happy Days! Frank
How I Mastered Decision-Making: 5 Frameworks That Empower My Leadership and Team
When I first stepped into a management role, I quickly realized that everyone was looking to me for the decision. It was overwhelming, and I often wondered, *Should I make this call, or should someone else?* What I didn’t know at the time was when to take charge and when to step back. It’s a fine line that every new manager faces. In this video, I share what I've learned along the way and dive into the 5 decision frameworks I use today. These frameworks have been game-changers for me, and they can be for your leadership journey too. Have you used the frameworks yourself? Do you know others that I can learn from? Share in the comments below.

@Jens Heitland here a good recommendation : The decision book by Mikael Krogerus. This book shows me to encounter chaos ( for me as a Colombian Boy, The CHAOS is normal in my life ;)) , to seek ways to structure it, to see through it, or at least to gain an overview of it.

Hello
Who am I - Hi everyone, I am Swati, born and raised in India but now a Swedish citizen living in Amsterdam so truly a citizen of the world. 😃 What I do- I am an organisational development leader in IKEA and work with C-suite and their management teams on organisational redesign, transformations, leadership training and executive coaching (ICF certified). I have over 15+ years of work experience in India, Sweden, The Netherlands with colleagues from all around the world. Why am I here - Even though I have lot of experience in indirect leadership, influencing and working with various level stakeholders, I haven’t had much experience in direct people management yet. So I am here to learn, get coached and trained on specifically those elements but also to share my own learnings and experiences. How to find me- You can connect with me on LinkedIn or here- Swati Narwal
