Questions about Redtail
Question: Issues with Redtail Duplicate Report and Data Migration from Wealthbox
Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced issues with the duplicate report in Redtail not being accurate? I’m pulling a report that shows around 1,600 duplicate contacts, but after reviewing individual entries, many of them don’t seem to be actual duplicates.
Additionally, we recently transferred our data from Wealthbox to Redtail, and we’ve encountered several issues:
• A significant amount of data, including notes, did not transfer over.
• Multiple duplicate contacts were created during the migration that shouldn’t have been.
Does anyone know how to resolve these issues, or do you have a contact at Redtail who can help us fix this?
