I’ve been selling stuff since I was 7—everything from products to services. Sales is my thing. It’s the single most valuable skill you can have. It works in business, it works in life, it even works in relationships. So when i started SMMA, it’s the first thing I set out to master even further. So… Here’s 4 things that help win every sale -; 1. Sales Is Seduction, Not a Rape Sales isn’t about forcing things, it’s about having power to make people want what you want them to do. if someone is wearing a coat in the room, Instead of telling them to take it off, just turn up the heat. Make it feel like it was their idea all along. 2. Don’t Answer Questions Here’s the trick: whoever’s asking the questions is in control. If they ask you a question, don’t just give a plain answer. Ask them something right back. If they ask, “What results can I expect?” you can say, “What results are you aiming for?” It keeps you in the driver’s seat, so you’re steering the conversation. 3. Listen More, Talk Less You’d think sales is all about talking, right? Wrong. It’s about listening—really listening. They’re your best source of information. Who are they? What do they want? How do they like things? The more you listen, more ammo you have to attack. 4. Whoever Cares More, Wins The Sale People can smell your intentions from a mile away. If you’re struggling to close, it might be because you don’t believe in what you’re selling. If your only OBJECTIVE is to help them, You’ll sound so trustworthy, they’ll want to work with you. Niche
1. I've been into Real Estates agency for some time now. Unfortunately I had to switch during the market change and the ineffectiveness of my service. 2. I switched my service to email marketing and now I have to change the niche as well. 3. Its my first day doing research and I am thinking between Ecom and Fitness niche. 4. If someone knows let me guys know what you think about these niches and particularly email marketing as a service. Every opinion is valuable.

How do you keep your confidence high on bad sales days?
I heard this question asked many times and I hope to share my advice so that if you do encounter one of those days where things just don't seem to go your way, this post can help Personally, when I experience those days, I overthink. Like most of us, overthink and start to doubt our abilities. First things first, what I would do and encourage all of you out there to do when you are on a cold streak with little confidence... is to write about it on paper. Your brain is constantly jumping from one thought to another, and it will even go faster when a prospect rudely rejects us, and maybe another... and another. You start doubting yourself and what you're selling. This is similar to a brain dump, writing down all these negative thoughts and what happened on those bad days on paper. After you dump all those thoughts down on the paper, take a step back and breathe fully for a couple moments. Then proceed to look at the paper without judgement. Knowing that all these negatives are now not in your head, but on paper. Next what you want to do is just close that book or throw away that piece of paper you wrote it down on Second, what I would do is find another piece of paper and write down all the times when I felt super confident and super good when I closed a prospect or when I nailed a sales call. Then I just stay with those good feelings for a while. Until eventually I forgot about the bad sales days I had. So in summary, it's like pouring out Coca-Cola from a glass into the dish sink and refilling it with the clear & healthy water dispenser. Clearing out what is bad and only leaving room for what is good. That is how I keep my confidence high on those bad sales days. If you got any questions commen t down below or send me a DM

is this normal?
Scraped 120 leads of google maps, checked manually for fb pixels and owner names. I was left with 10 qualifying leads that didn’t have fb pixel installed. These are medispa in Sydney. Is this number of leads normal?
