Niche

I've been into Real Estates agency for some time now. Unfortunately I had to switch during the market change and the ineffectiveness of my service.
I switched my service to email marketing and now I have to change the niche as well.
Its my first day doing research and I am thinking between Ecom and Fitness niche.
If someone knows let me guys know what you think about these niches and particularly email marketing as a service. Every opinion is valuable.
