Never Run Out of Winning Ideas Again 🔥
Now, hold your horses… I’m NOT saying you should copy anything word for word. But what if you could take something that’s already proven to work for someone else and put your own unique spin on it? That’s exactly what I’m talking about. Why do this? Simple. If a strategy, format, or idea has worked recently for someone else, there’s a high chance it will work for you, too! You’re not reinventing the wheel - you’re building on something that’s already shown results. This way, you save yourself from the constant pressure of “What should I do next?” or stressing over creating something groundbreaking every time... Instead, you’re leveraging what’s already been successful and tailoring it to fit your voice and audience! It’s not about copying. It’s about taking inspiration, adding your twist, improving it and making it work for you. P.S. Do you like these shorter posts or do you prefer the longer ones? Let me know below!

Why Having Both a Free and Paid Community is a Game Changer 🚀
Now, I get it... You might be thinking a free community isn’t worth the hassle. Maybe you worry it’s too much work, or you feel what you offer is too valuable to give away for free. Valid points, for sure, but hear me out. Even if you have a large, warm audience, a free community can still bring a whole new level of opportunity. Why? I’m glad you asked. Here’s the breakdown: 1. Lower financial risk for new members Your free community acts as a "trial run" for potential clients. No pressure, no payments - they can simply explore what you offer without any initial financial risk. This eases them in and lowers their guard, making it so much easier for them to connect with you. When they feel comfortable, they’re way more likely to stick around and consider upgrading. 2. It nurtures leads naturally Let’s face it, trust takes time, especially online. Here’s how a free community helps with that: - Builds Trust → People get to see you in action. For those unfamiliar with you, a free community builds trust through consistent, valuable content. - Creates Relatability → They get to know you - not just as a business owner but as someone who understands their needs and goals. When they relate to you, your paid offerings become far more appealing. - Keeps Risk Low → People can test the waters with zero commitment. And when they start seeing results or gaining value, they’ll be more open to joining your paid community. 3. Stays in ongoing contact Unlike a one-time product or consultation, a community creates regular touchpoints. You can share updates, drop valuable insights, and keep them engaged long-term. This ongoing relationship builds loyalty and keeps you on their radar without direct selling. 4. Collects valuable leads with email access Every new community member is a potential client, and now you have a direct line to them. Through email, you can nurture the relationship, share exclusive insights, and present offers naturally. Even if they’re not highly active in the community, this connection helps foster trust and keeps the door open.

Why you NEED to FOCUS to make money... 💸
When I started my first community, I stumbled a lot. But there was one mistake… one that topped them all. The thing is, it wasn’t just me. I’ve seen so many others fall into this same trap, time and time again. It’s not that they don’t see the problem, either. Most of them know exactly what’s holding them back... but they keep at it anyway. Why? Because it feels right. It seems logical in their heads. But here’s what I found out: The moment I let go of this one mistake, everything shifted. In just 60 Days of launching my community, I went from zero to $2,158 in MRR. And no, I wasn’t running ads, didn’t have a big following, and wasn’t churning out endless content. So what’s the game-changer? Simple: 1 niche, 1 avatar. Back then, I thought the way to grow was to cast the widest net possible - to try to help as many people as I could. And sure, that’s a way to do it. But here’s what I didn’t get: when you try to serve multiple niches and avatars, you’re constantly scattered. Your focus splits, and so does your growth. You’re always juggling new strategies, piecing together systems, and trying to solve unique problems for each group. But the moment you zone in on just one niche, one avatar, you get 100% focus. That’s when you build something rock-solid. First, you nail down how to get traffic. Then, you figure out conversions. Next, you refine how you deliver your service. Finally, you work on retention. Look at any successful leader - people like Alex Hormozi, Sam Ovens. They all talk about this. It’s no secret, but so many people skip over it. So here’s the real question: Are you going to be the person who learns from their own mistakes, or the one who learns from others? Let me know in the comments! 👇

10 Weeks in 👉 $2.3k MRR & 490+ Members (Valley of Despair)
So here's my weekly update on what I've been doing, what's worked and what hasn't worked!!! Here are some stats first: - MRR = $2.3k - Free Members = 374 - Paid Members = 119 (8 on Free Trial) - YouTube Subs = 71 - YouTube Videos = 16 - Skool Followers = 904 What's working: - I've been following up at least 3 times a week with members inside my free community. I'm mainly using "bumps" ("Just bumping this up in case you missed it ^^") and GIFs to get people to reply. I'm getting quite a few people answer as they like my determination in getting a reply or because they found the GIF funny! This is translating to more bookings which is great! I will occasionally send a "shocker" message to those stubborn members who are active but ignore my messages. Had a few of them answer which was good ahahahah. - Been getting higher quality people on my calls since I've started being even more specific about my target avatar! Been making changes to my messaging and everything else to reflect this which has helped a bunch! - Free Trials have been working somewhat... As per usual, my expectations didn't meet reality as I thought I would have a loooot more people signing up for it but I was wrong. Nevertheless, now that I've been brought back down to earth, it really isn't that bad... I've only been running it for a week and so far I've had 1 person convert into a paying member which is great! Gonna keep pushing this and see how it goes. It's not my favourite to run with ads but time will give me a better strategy as I keep testing out new things. - Consistency... These first 10 days of November have been tough... Until today I hadn't made any sales besides new free trials starting. That hasn't stopped me from pushing on and testing new strategies!!! As I see it, this is a small wall that I'm breaking away to get to the next wall a few hundred miles away so no biggie! What hasn't been working: - Free Trials - Yes, I know that I just said it's working but not all of it. I'm noticing that a lot of people I'm getting do 1 of 2 things... They either join and don't do anything OR they join, cancel the membership immediately so they don't get automatically billed at the end of the 7 days and also don't do anything. I can't be the only one experiencing this?? 🤔

The Difference between Success and Failure
For years, I dove deep into the lives of millionaires and billionaires, searching for that "secret formula" to their success. Back then, I wanted to believe there was a proven path... something I could follow step-by-step to reach the same level. And here’s the truth: there is a formula… just not the one you’d expect. It isn’t a clear-cut, step-by-step guide. Every successful person has a unique journey, shaped by their own starting point, their challenges, and the path they carved out along the way. When I first started researching, I missed something crucial, something hidden between the lines of every story I heard. It wasn’t something they said directly, but it was woven into every success story… They never gave up. I realized that every single one of these successful people faced failure after failure before they finally struck gold. What separated them from everyone else? It wasn’t talent, resources, or luck - it was determination. They didn’t throw in the towel after the first setback… or the third… or even the tenth. They kept pushing forward, against all odds, until they achieved what they set out to do. Success wasn’t handed to them... they earned it. So if you’re in a rough spot or things don't look promising, remember this: Don’t give up. Don’t let a rough patch keep you from your dreams. Keep going, keep trying, until you make it work. Because real failure? That’s when you stop getting up and stop trying. If anyone is feeling stuck or need some extra motivation, make sure to comment down below! We're all in this together!!!
