Golden light meditation

I wanted to share something. Life has been fuckin hard to say the least. I did the healing light meditation after finally allowing myself to heal. I’ve been having these experiences where family members are providing this love and I don’t have the desire to expect anything from them physically. I finally receive it. Just wanted to share that this strange place.
