Day 16 Calm F*cking Panic
Another needed meditation I will be revisiting again and again. Each time I go to my safe place the visuals expand some. What things look like, who I am with, the smells, and what I'm doing. The colors have shifted just a bit. I appreciate this first thing in the morning. It really helps doing breathwork!
