Day 1 Let that shit go
I did day one last night before bed… and let me tell ya… it was much needed after I told my husband I am officially filing for divorce. This morning I was driving to work just thinking about our conversation and realized I was starting to get irritated again… so I took a deep let that shit breath and a huge goooooooo exhale… I now have a new technique in my pocket! LOVE IT! So excited to continue this journey!
