My story is deep, beautiful, and long. Even 17+ years later, the temptation is a b*tch. It’s easier to tell her to f*ck off these days. Temptation still lurks when I don’t do the work. Meditation is a tool in my toolbox now. It is incredibly powerful in helping me with my sobriety. Holy shiitake mushrooms is it ever!
