Hi before we do FountainHead, are we supposed to go through Course Secrets AND create our online course? If so that's cool, but I assume it will take a while...

In building out our courses, do we need permission to use Youtube videos within our courses (from the creator)? Or, if it is public, can we freely share it (while obviously properly crediting the creator)?

Hello everyone! I am working through Course Secrets right now and creating frameworks with proprietary name. I know Russell mentions that those creations are "his" and I wonder if he relies solely on copyright laws or if he goes one step further to trademark all proprietary names? I have a business in which I have trademarked and copyrighted a handful of things. However, with the number of frameworks I see in my future, I wonder if it is recommended to trademark all of them or simply copyright. Any recommendations?
