In the Linchpin model the idea is that monthly recurring revenue is king as otherwise its no business but a promotion. To get people into our program we use the MIFGE (the most incredible free gift, ever). Instead of showing an SLO we get people sign up to our continuity offer with a free trial and free bonuses.
Is the Linchpin still the thing as the last days it seemed to me that we should rather offer an SLO on the thank you page. As opposed to offering people a free trial and free bonuses on the thank you as a MIFGE? And then reimburse the costs with the bulk continuity.
