Busy work vs Productive work - don't live in delusion.
Along my success journey one of the biggest mistakes I made was thinking I was making progress or I was on my way to success because I was always "busy". But busy is not always productive. Found that out the hard way. Days, weeks and cumulatively months of time wasted in this delusionional idea that I was doing the work. But the first step to breaking free of busy syndrome is recognizing you are living in this delusion. You then have the chance to catch your behavior and choose to make the changes to see actual results. BUT IT TAKES TIME. Don't expect to see the negative and go from a busy bee to a productive 12 hr a day kinda guy overnight. Check out the video below for a good idea of what im talking about from chris williamson.

Monday Motivation😤
Take a pro approach to life.
Whenever we think of a professional in anything, most of the time we think of sports players, big ceos, or special skills that are publicized. Because of this we can often look at the most popular areas of life and take a mediocre approach. We downplay the focus we should be implementing into the more common area of our lives. What if we took a profession approach to being a brother? Father? Mother? Husband? etc... Doesn't our families deserve the our best and most undivided attention? What if we took a professional approach to our fitness? You might not be bodybuilding or playing sports but a healthy body would benefit every other area of life. What do you think? Why do you think we take such a lazy approach to these things instead operating at a higher level out of love and respect for both those we serve and for ourselves?

It’s you vs you
Your goals, your challenges, your resilience. You are the only person who can make your dreams a reality. You have to decide everyday that you are going to get up and make it happen. You vs you.

Playing The Long Game: Start Simple.
One of the most important lessons I learned was to start simple and focus on consistency. You are not running a sprint, you’re running a marathon. Volume means nothing if it’s not done for an extended period of time. So for example. Going to the gym for an hour a day for two weeks but then stopping for a month is useless. But going to the gym for 20 minutes a day for 6 months will produce results both physically and mentally. So in whatever you do or whatever you are starting to do, start small and simple. Focus on showing up everyday to do that thing. Whats something new you are starting? A new habit, routine or project? How can you apply this principle to make sure you are still doing it in 6 months or a year?
