You are the sum of your Environment!
Your thoughts, actions, behavior, influence, beliefs and everything in between is influenced by first and foremost, who you are around. We all know that one and it doesn’t take rocket science to evaluate your friends/family and know maybe you need to create some distance if they aren’t supporting you or lifting you up. A few others would be your living space, and workspace. Is where you live promoting positive thoughts and a brighter perspective on the present and future? Or is it dull, badly lit, almost depressing? Sometimes we may not realize our living space could be one of the harshest factors on our minds. Similarly, your workspace. It is a positive uplifting place or dark, negative and depressing? Put yourself around the right people, living in the right place and working in the right space and I guarantee you will see a dramatic difference in your overall health but especially your mental health. This was my work this past week. I took up a one time side job driving for an event. You are the sum of your environment. I will continue to put myself in positions to be around wealthy people I want to be like. I want the private jet, the money, the traveling, the wisdom. If I’m around it I will attract more of it. Final question… What immediate change can you make or do you have to make to change your life now?

Busy work vs Productive work - don't live in delusion.
Along my success journey one of the biggest mistakes I made was thinking I was making progress or I was on my way to success because I was always "busy". But busy is not always productive. Found that out the hard way. Days, weeks and cumulatively months of time wasted in this delusionional idea that I was doing the work. But the first step to breaking free of busy syndrome is recognizing you are living in this delusion. You then have the chance to catch your behavior and choose to make the changes to see actual results. BUT IT TAKES TIME. Don't expect to see the negative and go from a busy bee to a productive 12 hr a day kinda guy overnight. Check out the video below for a good idea of what im talking about from chris williamson.
