Busy work vs Productive work - don't live in delusion.
Along my success journey one of the biggest mistakes I made was thinking I was making progress or I was on my way to success because I was always "busy". But busy is not always productive.
Found that out the hard way.
Days, weeks and cumulatively months of time wasted in this delusionional idea that I was doing the work.
But the first step to breaking free of busy syndrome is recognizing you are living in this delusion.
You then have the chance to catch your behavior and choose to make the changes to see actual results.
BUT IT TAKES TIME. Don't expect to see the negative and go from a busy bee to a productive 12 hr a day kinda guy overnight.
