Had a great pull workout today. Here's what I did:
Pull ups (warmup 1 set)
Upper back cable row ( 3 sets with dropsets)
Single arm lat pulldown (3 sets both sides eith dropsets)
Bent over row (3 sets)
Rear delt pec dec fly ( 3 sets dropset with first 2 sets)
Dumbbell shrugs
Incline db curls (3 sets with dropset)
Spider curls (3 sets)
Cable rope hammer curls(2 sets with dropsets)
Is the volume too much or is it okay? What exercises would be a better alternate and if i'm performing too many exercises. Share your thoughts
