I used to skip workouts and be very inconsistent which made me stay skinny.
A thing that helps me be consistent is my workout schedule.
I have written down in my notes on my phone what workout I am gonna do what day.
Ex.
Mon: Push
Wed: Pull
Fri: Arms Sat:
Legs and abs
I also know I am gonna do the workout before my breakfast in the morning everyday.
This schedule make it very clear for me when I am gonna workout.
I can´t skip a workout when I know what time of the day I am gonna workout and which workout I am gonna do.
This is a hack that help me never skip workouts.
