I've realized I may have put the cart before the horse. I've launched a ton of valuable content on B2B outbound growth-related topics, tactics, systems, and strategies in the "Classroom" section of the "Outbound B2B Sales" group; however, after speaking with members of the group, I realize that I did not provide enough structure to guide everyone through the content! But don't worry! The solution is underway. Here's the solution: (1) I've restructured the content into a straightforward step-by-step process to learn what Outbound B2B growth is and how to implement it in your world and business. (2) I'm adding more videos that provide context and explain what to focus on and why, which will help you understand the overall world of B2B outbound. To kick off the solution and give you a tangible and quick "tip of the spear" win, I have added a new "What is Outbound" Class to the Classroom section. The course, including everything within Stages 1-3, is being built over time. Many of the critical pieces are there, but it is evolving as I create more content each day.
