Marketing Research Problem

Hey there, I am having a little problem connecting the niche research problem section with finding people who have solved the problem. I am having a bit of a disconnect. So, my niche is most definitely as a writing teacher, helping people to find their creative voice and use writing as a tool to process emotions and stress. Actually they are two sides of the same coin. Letting go of stress allows us to be more creative and being more creative helps us to destress.

Anyhow, the biggest problems I have identified are the lack of teachers in my field with formal training but that may be strictly applied to deep therapeutic work which I don't do. However, writing in a group can be deep work and it requires a safe space for people to be vulnerable in. So, one desire is that people have that (and I know I can provide that as a teacher, it is one of my skills).

But I don't get how to research to see if anyone else has solved this problem. I cannot figure that out. Anyone got any tips? This is the part that gets me all confused.
