I've referred to Josh as a Jedi for a while now - call me cringey, if you like. But I'm happy to be his student! So I came to Josh initially for help with the content creation side of my business...it took me too long, I over complicated it and often missed the target (audience). After completing the free course I also managed to unlocked the bonus module 'Traffic Secrets'. Oh boy. What an eye opener that was. "Why the heck is this guy sharing all this for free?". I couldn't resist, I had to see what was in the paid side of the community! Then after binge watching an 'over the shoulder' video of Josh creating content I completed the exercise myself. Alright, alright! Yesterday, I was able to work my way through the videos for week 1, lessons 1-4. ✔️ After the video for lesson 4, I knew I needed to pause (family life) before sitting down to dedicate sustained time and energy in completing the worksheets associated with lesson 4. I just completed the worksheets, so all of W1L4 is now complete. ✔️ …moving with speed to tackle lesson 5. 👏🏽

If you haven’t already, I highly recommend scheduling your 1:1 onboarding call with Josh. I had mine last night, and it was such a great experience to connect face-to-face (well, camera-to-camera) and chat about the course and everything that's ahead. So my hang up has always been committing to a niche — I absolutely love sports, health, fitness, mental strength training, etc. (Yet by day I am an English teacher, so I know this realm is a strength of mine also.) Though I do think all of these can work for me, I feel driven to prove that busy parents CAN still make extra money online despite all they juggle. It appears as though the past few hours has given me some much needed clarity. I LOVED hearing that there is no need to reinvent the wheel, and the market wants what the market wants. So I think I’m all in and ready to go get it!! I want to help other parents who are looking to make extra money online and grow on social media. My WHY has always been to gain both time and financial freedom so that I can provide even more opportunities for my three teens. (We all know how quickly time passes!). I’m excited to continue to work my way through this course!

So, I have been exploring and watching the videos for the last hour. I have moved from being dubious to being interested. I am a writer and musician and currently teaching English online on a poorly paid platform. I used to teach people how to be creative through writing, how to use writing to release emotions and stress and various forms of music (singing, guitar) whilst running my own music business. I struggled to get clients as I was running classes on Zoom through Eventbrite. But I enjoyed it a whole lot more than teaching English. I am thinking that this could be the avenue I take to create a writing and musical community.
