Hey everyone. Happy New Year to you all. I am just working through all the planning stages and modules, figuring out my path and purpose. I did the Ikigai exercise first and then got bogged down in too much informatiom as I used Chat GPT to help me with the marketing exercises. Fortunately, I had an onboarding call with Josh (which I highly recommend) and I just wanted to write a little post of very useful things I have learnt so far in the last week. 1. Have faith in yourself - you don't have to be the best but you do need to believe in yourself. 2. Out of 8 billion people in the world, there will be at least 100 people who will want what you offer. 3. Don't overthink things. Simplify everything. If you get a long answer from ChatGPT, ask it to summarise what it said into a few sentences or paragraphs. 4. You are probably more qualified and talented than you give yourself credit for. 5. Take action. Don't sit and think about it (I know this from a lifetime of procrastination)! 6. Fortune favours the brave. Never have words been so accurate. 7. Replace the time wasting habits with some positive work and learning. 8. Baby steps are what count. A little bit everyday. Focus on just the next step. I think the beginning of this journey is all about mindset. Josh has put together an amazing set of resources so the mechanics of bringing the vision together is the easy bit. But the mindset, the action... that is on us!
