About Choosing Friendships - We'll Discuss this on 9/27 Call!
2 interesting things popped into my feed today. One was this post which said that according to Harvard researchers, a full 99% of what determines our success is our "reference group" of people that we hang around.https://www.facebook.com/reel/636059651798405
That goes to the importance of ENVIRONMENTS which I'm always talking about and the 5 People you choose to spend the most time with being the biggest predictor of your future. (We unconsciously mold ourselves to the average level of the beliefs and values of the people we most interact with.)
They have a huge influence on our Reticular Activating System and underground beliefs!
Then this article appeared in my feed from Reese Witherspoon where she talks about 'editing your friendships, especially over the age of 40": https://www.huffpost.com/entry/reese-witherspoon-edit-your-friendships-40s_n_64fcd130e4b06140bc848140
I think both of these resources are super eye-opening...
