Nostalgic win
Last Saturday at our monthly flamenco show, a former ballet student of mine was in the audience. It'd been 20 or 30 years since I had seen her. After having a professional ballet career, she is now a married mom with 3 kids and runs her own dance school. She was easily recognizable to me, but she was not quite placing who I was.... when I told her, she squealed, "OH! That Carol! Short haired Carol! Army Carol! One of my favorite teachers Carol!" We had a lovely chat, and I was reminded that we never know the effect we have in other peoples' lives...especially when we're being our authentic selves. I was somewhat surprised to realize the positive effect I had had on her when she was a teen. And that she not only remembered me as a teacher, but remembered me fondly.

How wonderful Carol! You have had an impact on my life too, just so you know.
Food For the Fourth
We picked a large zucchini out of the garden yesterday, found a great stuffed zuke boat recipe, cooked and ate that beautiful veggie tonight. SOOO good. Happy 4th to you all.

Food For the Fourth
Back to the beginnings
I was re-listening to the video where Wendy shares about throwing away just one piece of paper and celebrate! So simple jet so incredibly powerful. The last 18 months have been particularly rough for me and sometimes I feel lost and completely overwhelmed. But celebrating the small things, even as small as a receipt or a small piece of paper, is an incredibly powerful exercise. I invite you to try it! And donโ€™t forget to comment below to let me know! CELEBRATE TYE SMALL THINGS BECAUSE THEY MAKE UP FOR THE BIG THINGS! ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ˜˜

Thank you Chirastella. I am feeling a bit weighted down lately. Time to rise into the light of simple joy, and simply breath. ๐Ÿฉต
Wins to share and celebrate
WARNING โ€ผ๏ธ FAIRLY LONG POST ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ Hey Ladies! Just wanted to share a few wins that manifested this week: 1) My daughter Caterina got confirmed on Sunday and everything went really well, including my brothers visiting from Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น for the weekend (yes! Itโ€™s crazy as they arrived on Friday night and left yesterday at noon with a 24h trip to making it here and another 24h trip to making it back home). We had a great celebration with our โ€œadopted familiesโ€ and neighbours and all went really well including the weather giving us a break from the rain. ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŒˆ 2) I cleared out of my house a good number of boxes that can go to the Goodwill or other places. And also the freezer got a little cleaning. This also felt amazing. I๐ŸŽโœ…๐ŸŽโœ…๐Ÿ“ฆ 3) I did a EFT tapping session maybe 10 days ago to clear the resistance to accept and keep money! And that manifested gloriously with an unexpected gift from my mom to help get our ticket to go home this summer+ a tax return that was on hold for a few months and finally made it through to my account! And with my brothers showing up and showering us with love and abundance! What an incredible gift and feeling to seeing that prayer being answered loud and clear. ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’— ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™ And today, instead of whirl myself into my cocoon of excuses, I went to an important call, I got laundry done and I even made it to the gym for a good workout. Then I rewarded myself with a little afternoon nap, as I am feeling the tension accumulated in the past 2 weeks finally curbing down. It felt amazing and it feels even more amazing sharing all these wins with you and let the Universe know that Iโ€™m profoundly grateful and ready to receive and co-create more miracles! Thank you for your support and for reading this long post!

Fantastic Chira! I am grateful to know you.
Our Beloved Anne Kofman has made her transition...
If you haven't heard already, I regret to inform you of the loss of one of our cherished PCC members. I got to speak to Anne about a week before she passed away. She had been attending Magic Hour and had spent the month going through and re-reading a lifetime of her old journals that had been piled up on her floor. It made her extremely happy and satisfied to celebrate all the wonderful adventures and happy experiences that she reminisced about as she revisited those decades of journals. And then, after we spoke at the end of the month, she unexpectedly and peacefully passed on about 10 days after that project. (Nov 9th, though I only found out about her transition recently.) Anne rarely missed a single call in the 11.5 year history of the Procrastination Cure Club. On the March recording of the Live Monthly Call, you can hear all about her life adventures, her contributions, and the details of her passing. Anne - we send you off with love. You will be missed!!
