Recently a friend and I went to watch a swimming training in one of the local clubs…
And what we saw was pretty nuts:
- They trained really quick
- The effort was extraordinary (coach was happy haha)
- They pushed each other to be better
They seemed to really enjoy swimming.
But then…
We saw the SAME kids (and young adults) race in competition…
And all of a sudden they seemed intimidated…
They weren’t themselves…
Like a smaller version of themselves. I could see it in their body posture from the other end of the pool.
Is that how you wanna race?
No thanks..
After all this training, how are they not swimming faster?
I get it.. I get it.. Keep working hard and the results will come… I grew up hearing that…
BUT…
NO THANKS!!
I want results NOW.
Guys, it's a nightmare out there.. It’s not easy to stay motivated if you train so hard and make all these sacrifices for swimming… and then don’t have the results that you want.
That’s why confidence on race day is KING!
It will literally fuel your entire life.
Even your school grades will get better. I’m not joking…
I come from a swimmer family.. I've been exposed to European and American swimming…
NOTHING is sexier than having confidence and swagger in competition.
The best times of my life were when I EXCEEDED my own expectations (I know, crazy right?).
IF you are not crushing this swimming game, if you are not happy with how you’re doing.. you gotta change that.. you HAVE to..
Because nothing lasts forever.. right now, it's like the wild Wild West.. You can get ahead of your competitors so easily because only very few swimmers actually know how to race with confidence.
And I guess we all know who they are… 🙂
The problem is, from my observations.. with all due respect.. people just don’t know how to harness the power of their mind. Because nobody has ever shown them how.
Right now, your mind is your biggest enemy…
And sorry swim coaches, most of you don’t have the expert knowledge that is required to successfully overcome pre-race anxiety.
Swimmers are bombarded with terrible advice.. the blind are leading the blind.. so many lies.. so much BS…
“Just relax and have fun!”
“You got this!”
“Nothing to be worried about, just be yourself!”
It all must stop..
It's time for you to enjoy competition and show what you really got under pressure. And do better than you ever have!
I must help you.. it's my life's work.. It’s my gift and my calling..
I've created something that's desperately needed to help swimmers be happy and race fast.
Because life sucks when you can’t figure out.. it's a lot more fun when you have clarity, are seeing growth, and having fun making amazing memories that you will never forget.
Stay tuned..
It will be the biggest honor of my life, and the most impactful thing you’ve ever been exposed to…
It’s time to race with confidence!
See you at the pool!
