I’m grateful for the emotional labor that Alyssa does

-communicating when her patience was low today

-communicating she was about to be hangry and to please stop asking questions

-managing the tone of her voice as she offered this info

-doing the not fun thing taking away a toy our 3 year old was throwing and hitting with and being with her while she cried and was deregulated.
