✅ thought through the steps needed to transfer my mom’s car to us ✅helped me plan out the day so that I could do those steps ✅planned poppys spirit week outfits with me ✅masterminded a better storage solution for poppy’s room

✅researched and planed the setup of dimmable smart bulbs for poppy’s room after her psychologist suggested them to help her sleep ✅ remembers deadlines to pick up auction items from our local online auction site ✅monitors the bank account and remembers to check regularly for fraudulent charges ✅ remembers to purchase tickets for our annual Christmas tradition that sells out

We have had one car since 2019. We are a family of 5 with lots of different events/therapies/jobs, but somehow we have made it work. Having one car adds to mental load for all of us, but specifically in these ways that Jake handles: ✅ plans when to get the kids in the car so that he can get me to work on time ✅ is solely on call if poppy or wells needs him during the school day since I don’t have a vehicle ✅maps out the time to get me based on my after school meetings and duties ✅mental load in general of putting the kids in and out (remembering all the buckles and latches and making sure everyone has what they need to be out the doors. Maybe soon we will have a second car 🙌🏻
